How to pay Airport Tax when transferring in CGK

Dear All,

I will do a mileage run from SIN-CGK-SIN-HKG by doing a same day SIN-CGK-SIN arriving with GA and departing with SQ.

I would like to know the transfer procedures now and how to pay the Airport Tax?

My last millage run was SQ A345 pre-all business era and the personnel had to bring me outside the immigration to pay the tax, is this the same now?

If your ticket is issued recently, chances are the airport tax has already been incorporated into the price of the ticket. It is a recent governmental regulation change.
