Transferrring Miles from Citibank Premier Miles

I have just put up a redemption request to transfer some miles from Premier Miles to Krisflyer. Does anyone knows how long it usually takes for the miles to be reflected in my account?

Might be a week also, but they will tell you up to 4-6 weeks if you buzz their Customer Service line

Thanks. Do you guys reckon it is worth spending 29K KF miles just to upgrade from economy to business for one way to Melbourne just to get a proper sleep? Somehow I can't sleep well on planes in economy so far and always end up a zombie for meetings when I touch down.

Go for the upgrade. It is worth it in my opinion.

By the way, does SQ still issue express customs lane pass to business class passengers?

I was in Melbourne just about 2 years ago and was checked from head to toe by the Customs officer and was asked a lot of funny questions. Was thinking how to avoid this.

Don't worry, they should appear soon.
I've done 2 conversions, one appeared 4 days later, and the other came through 7 days later (over a weekend too).

With regards to the express lane passes, may I know when are they issued? At counter check-in, boarding gate or onboard the aircraft?

Just an update. Mine took less than a day to transfer. Or maybe a day. Did it yesterday, got it today.
