BR215/216: Any amenity kit?

No RIMOWA amenity kits, no pyjamas, no Krug Rose champagne, no canapés, soup & salad (for lunch/dinner), no Elite Class slippers (only Royal Laurel and Economy Class slippers), no GODIVA chocolates with welcome drinks, no duvet and no turn down service for short-haul flights.

Try not to hold your breath for an amenity kit on a 4 hour day flight...
