BMI credit card refunds

This is odd - I just got charged by BD a third time for two one-way flights (it's obvious because the GBP figure/PNR is exactly the same), albeit 10 days later than the initial two times. I'll have to call up and dispute it later and hopefully they can refund it immediately... not looking forward to this... have never had to ask BD for a refund, and seriously dreading it...

You need to chase it up with the BMI refunds department. Give them a call on +441332854534; they're open 0900 - 1530 UK time.

They are actually located in Donnington, UK and you'll find the lovely efficient ladies there a joy to deal with cf the ICC.

Contrary to what you may get from the ICC, the ladies in the refunds department are very pleasant and efficient. On the first time I used them, I was charged twice in cash and taxes for the same redepmtion, and when I spoke to the CSR she figured that out immediately. I've used them for three times now and the refunds would always appear on my next credit card statement.
