Reading all the T&Cs there doesn't appear to be any restriction on using it on the CGK sector. Everything only says flights must depart SIN, like they kinda forgot they go to Jakarta at all.

Thanks. Very useful. But did LH play with pricing on the SIN-CGK-SIN sector? Nowadays even in Feb and Mar next year I get 450 SGD for departure on Fri and return on Sun. That used to be much cheaper. Tried going into May and same issue. Something not right here as the Eco Basic Plus fares are cheaper than the Eco Basic fares which is never the case and when I select Eco Basic it pulls up a Z fare (haha). Calles LH and they agreed that something is off. To be seen.

May be it got to do with smaller aircraft is now used (A340 compare to B744). It seems to me LH is no longer interested to sell SIN-CGK as I think now they need to ferry pax from CGK to SIN to catch the FRA flight

Why LH is not send its A380 to CGK? Is CGK not ready for A380?

That's very weird, all the fares at the end of Jan to mid Feb were between $200 and $250 round trip. As stated in my earlier post, I purchased the SIN-CGK-SIN sectors for $141 after discount.

Fares on the SIN-CGK leg used to accrue 100% miles on KF and ROP at about the $300-$350.00 range. Now they only accrue 0-50% even for the $400+ fare.

I ended up just booking a Z fare.

Yup sounds right for biz. Just got back from Jakarta and glad to report that JAS has introduced a new premium check in for J an F pax on certain airlines including LH. Check in then immigration then straight into the premier lounge at the same place within 3 minutes.

Awesome. Some nice changes at premier lounge to with a chef cooking pasta to order.
