Anyone using Firefox 3.0? Opinions?

You're testing on a Mac or PC?

The Safari is only on the Mac Pro Monster. Firefox, I haven't gotten around to yet as the internal migration only allows me to take it up to 3.0.11.

Will be upgrading the Firefox soon to 3.5... But for now, I'll be testing most of the sites I inhabit to see if they all work now.

New Safari 4.0.1 ROCKS!

My school computer club would recommend Firefox 3.0 due to improved safety features. Will get an opinion of Firefox 3.0 from my teacher and let you know.

yeah... the reasons why I use safari:

- it's faster. probably not as lightweight as camino but still one of the fastest browsers arund.
- it syncs favorites with my .mac account
- the rss reader is probably the best rss reader available
- safari has the sleek and slender apple user interface
- safari has the 'private browsing' option which is quite neat when browsing sites you dont want others to see...

i also have firefox installed on my system but i only use it when booking on singaporeair.com ... which is almost never, anyway

flo, most Mac users I know use both. As I'm newly reintegrated into the Mac world, do you find many differences between Safari and FF (pros & cons)? Thanks.

Where can I get Fasterfox? Is it a freeware?

Tools: addons: browse for addons - you'll see all these cool things you can add to firefox. Fasterfox doesn't work with 3.0 (yet).

Been using it since yesterday.... it's pretty good. I only wish my fasterfox add on was compatible with 3.0 since that gave it a nice boost. I'd have to say the stock 3.0 is slower than my old 2.0 with fasterfox
