How to Properly Miss Your Flight: Security Breach at SFO

This past Thursday I went through the CLEAR lane at International Terminal A and was literally one foot from the security exit point when I saw a woman running like crazy past the exit and all the TSA yelling, "BREACH BREACH!!" The cops swarmed the area, TSA barricaded all metal detectors, and EVERYONE was prevented from moving out of their areas...and I'm talking ALL areas. All access in or out of each security area, lounges, the concourse, lavatories, etc were completely cordoned off by TSA/police. The hold lasted 40 minutes and my flight (which I was running late for due to an episode of retardation) pushed from the gate early -- I was told later that they were trying to insure their stupid ontime departure instead of securing the passengers onboard said flight.
