Recently I have booked 4 flights with Singapore Airlines to Australia. Just a few days later the prices droped down CHF 400.-/flight! I wrote to Singapore Airlines but they were absolutely inflexible to do a gesture or giving me a refund. Customer loyalty looks different!

To receive the best price at Singapore Airlines is a little bit like playing in a lottery. What a shame!
