Hi. Sorry for the late reply, just seen your message. I am not in Seoul, I am located 500km south. I have only been once in Seoul, for one night, so I am not really an expert. My colleagues here at the office tell me it'll be very busy. Traffic is described as 'terrible'. On main day of Lunar new year (the middle of the three days) everything is shut down in Seoul, in other two days almost everything should be open. If you want more info, let me know, I have many colleagues here I can ask.
