Free wifi @ CGK T2?

Does the airport itself provide free wifi?

I'll be arriving at terminal 2, so say while I wait in queue at the visa on arrival counter, will I be able to open my iPad and capture any free wifi?

There is free wifi.

But i am not sure if it is available at the visa counter.
It is certainly available at the departure lounge level and the gates. I just used it a couple of days ago and it is of decent speed too.
