Hi guys. Just wanna make sure my interpretation is correct. I am not a resident in a vtl country but I use the usa to start my sq journeys to various countries that I am eligible to enter. I am seeing that all the flights next year from the usa will pretty much vtl flights. I don’t intend to enter Singapore Bc I don’t meet their entry requirements but my understanding is that I can book a vtl flight as long as I am on the qualified country to board a Sq flight and present my pcr 48 hours before and have been vaccinated.

Yes. For transit, you just need to be vaccinated and do the PCR test before departure.
