Thai authorities threaten to do somethining about immigration queues at BKK

When I flew in end of Feb with CX, the VIP lines are very crowded (of course not as crowded as normal lines). The BFS girl told me we cannot use the right most line if I do not have the card. She told me thy cannot sign anymore. I have been using BFS few times before and they never ask for the card. Not sure if the rulehas changed or simply the lanes never as crowded as that time, as I normally arrive at night.

Since I flew on C, I passed the card to her. I still have few unused VIP pass, so it can no longer be used?

I arrived on TG from NRT at 21:30 on Friday, was met at the gate by TG F pax escort for Fast Track entry and when we got to the central immigration desks there was not a single person at any of the desks waiting to enter. Just a load of bored looking immigration staff.

Maybe they are finally starting to get their act together.
