    Dragonair Presents a Feast for the Palate

    Dragonair's First and Business Class passengers can enjoy delicious inflight dining options on board, with a choice of some of the most popular dishes from reknowned restaurants from Hong Kong and beyond. They include Prince Restaurant, JW's California Restaurant from Hong Kong; Aria Restaurant and My Humble House from Beijing; Xinjishi Restaurant and Palladio from Shanghai; the Szechuan Court in Kaohsiung, as well as the Shanghai Court in Taipei.

    PRINCE RESTAURANT
    Hong Kong Prince Restaurant offers a range of cuisine -- from popular Cantonese dishes to Western desserts -- designed to take your taste buds on an unforgettable journey. The restaurant is managed by Prince Group, which was named one of the top 10 catering groups in the China Mainland in 2005.

    JW's CALIFORNIA
    This award-winning restaurant, located in the JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong, focuses on Californian specialities with contemporary Asian touches. Specialities include fresh Main Lobster; the JW's Starter Plate, health set choices, and scrumptious desserts.

      XINJISHI
      Established in 1995, XinJiShi Restaurant is known for its traditional Shanghainese cuisine. Specialties include Grandmother Braised Pork in Brown Sauce, Dates stuffed with Glutinous Rice and Wok-fried River Shrimps.

      PALLADIO
      Named after renowned Italian architect Andrea Palladio (1508-1580), Palladio offers the finest Italian dining experience outside of Italy. The quality of the food centres around the selection of the freshest ingredients, Chef de Cuisine Giovanni Terracciano's signature dishes and new offerings celebrating seasonal changes. The restaurant received The America Academy of Hospitality Sciences "Five Star Diamond Award" from 2000-2004.
