Apparently, its now open to all Nationalities..... Possibility of having expat pilots like the ME3?

They are targeting India and other Asian nations. Not the "classic" western expat. The times for US/Australian/European pilots will definitely not come back. They will make sure that the salary packages are aligned accordingly.

I don't have a degree (as most in IT) so that rules me out, shame, fancy a change of career.
