HKIA transport to Shenzhen

Hi All,
I will be travelling to Shenzhen via HKIA next month. What is the best way to go to Shenzhen from HKIA and how much does it cost?. My hotel is Novotel Shenzhen Watergate. Do I need to clear the immigration at HKIA? Where do I clear the Chinese immigration. Can anyone please advise me about this as this is my first time to visit HKIA.

You could ask the hotel what's the best way and approximately how much.

But yes, you need to clear immigration at HKIA and again as you enter Shenzhen. Where you clear in Shenzhen depends on where you enter, there are multiple entry points.

Is that the hotel near "shekou ferry port" ?

If it is, then definitely go by ferry !

Just look at the advice from the locals - I'm sure they know better, e.g. no need to clear HK immigration. Sorry 9V-JKL...
