Despite the travel slump,SQ hasn’t stopped their catering product development and the onboard chicken rice is now developed by Boon Tong Kee,a popular Singapore Chicken Rice chain. Available on book the cook as well as onboard menu on some flights! Will feedback after trying it at a week’s time!

Had this on my Oct 4 flight back from HKG and was not impressed. The taste was altered to make it palatable in the air. Was salty rather than fragrant.
