Hotels are running ridiculously high prices... the Holiday Inn Atrium near Outram wanted S$380 a night. Hyatt/Sheraton all want over S$560 a night.

What's going on that week?

hmm.. did a search on kayak.com for those dates and got a lot a of 4 to 5* hotels in the $200 to $300 range

Does seem higher than normal.. Cant think of anything major going on then
