First time taking SQ12 in Y class from SIN to LAX

Hi Guys can anyone advise me which are the better seats.
will be traveling with my wife, currently seats chosen are 34k & J. Are there any drawbacks on these seats, or 62k & H would be better?

There is no problem with seats 34k & j unless one of you do not want to be seated in the middle seat . 62 HK is much better if it's just for the two of you . However , it's located at the tail end of the plane which is more subjected to "shakes" from the turbulence .
