Pan-seared filet mignon with Morel sauce -- tasted really good
Au gratin potatoes and herbed Kenya beans, turned pumpkin and rutabaga

Seared chicked in rosemary mustard crust with roasted chicken jus
Lemon scented pilaf and sauteed spinach with garlic and onions

Sauteed garoupa with Szechuan pepper sauce
Egg fried rice with vegetables and mushrooms and baby bok choy

You're very fortunate to have gotten a good filet mignon. Oftentimes it's usually beyond well done. And I'm still not sure why UA is offering pizza when, I believe, they don't have the proper facilities to cook it. IIRC, AA has them though.

The pizza was really horrible...too hot when it was served on my plate. One bite and I asked the FA to change it to fruit platter...which was much more edible

I've had pizza too many times on AA flights to even think to try it.

Well now I do eat broccoli as well (I was trying to remember who was the president who doesn't eat broccoli, or something like that. It has been a very long time ago). Broccoli and bulgogi sauce was yummy. It is indeed Korean barbecue beef. I remember having similar one at one of the restaurant here in Vancouver.
