          • Thanks for the updates.
I wonder which route it'll be deployed...maybe another Aus city, if recent press reports are anything to go by.

9V-SKK delivery was delayed from Feb (?). SQ is short of one A388 than originally planned. It will just provide SQ more down time for maintenance. The current operating schedule for A388 is not sustainable long term without another aircraft.

                • Good news! 9V-SKK is finally going to be delivered on 16 July. It had returned to XFW last month to have its Business class seats installed. Interesting to note that there has not been a new SQ A380 since September last year. With SKK, SQ will together with EK be the largest A380 operators with 11 each.

                  • So with the 11th A380, where will these be operating?

Also for number 12 by the end of the year

                    Any ideas

                    • Only 2 for this year. How long do you think it would take for the rest?

                          For now anyway

That's until EK take delivery of the 10 million A380's they ordered

You can expect 3 deliveries in the next 6-9 months. SKL and SKM have both been assembled and on the flight line. with SKL's 1st flight and ferry to XFW soon. SKM should follow soon after. SKN is presently in the final assembly line. The rest of the SQ A380s will be delivered in 2011 and 2012 if the present schedule is kept.

                              • After 4 months of tight rotations with 10 acft. The inevitable has finally happened! -SKF went tech in CDG. SQ638 tonight has been subbed with -SPJ. Then again, this speaks volumes about the the reliability of the A380. Very impressive.
