  • And funnily enough that plane is doing the DXB run today and is over an hour late!

    • SQ325 - FRA-SIN | 31OCT18 | 9V-SWZ was pinging on FR24 during its departure time but according to iCargo is supposed to depart at 2PM on 1NOV18 and arrive into SIN at close to 9AM. Anyone know why it's delayed?

      • SQ326 - SIN-FRA | 1NOV18 | 9V-SWE departed an hour and a half late today, and just took off. First time SQ326 has been this delayed.

SQ494 - SIN-DXB | 1NOV18 | 9V-SNC shows its ETD by almost an hour. My weather app shows Changi having some rain, so my guess is weather delays.

        • 9V-SYF is operating SQ866. iCargo shows SNA was initially supposed to operate. Had not seen a switch of this HKG route from a 77W to a 773 for a while.

I see. Wow, not the best way to start the first day of nonstop service on SQ to SIN. Hope everything is okay.

              • Apparently an issue with engine #1.

There are no problems at MEL. SQ238 departure delayed 2 hours and will be covered by SQ237 instead of SQ227 based on gate information. SQ227 will arrive shortly into a different gate.

It really makes no sense. If you had a medical or technical problem on board, diverting to ADL would be a lot quicker as MEL-SIN flights pretty much fly over the top of the city 30 minutes out from MEL. SYD is actually 30 minutes further from SIN on average.

                                It is SQ227|05NOV.

According to some tweets, it was due to inclement weather in MEL. QF80|05NOV (NRT-MEL) also diverted to SYD.
