Singapore Airlines Concierge - new feature?

Hey guys, while browsing through fares today, i can't help but notice this new feature. It seems they got a tie-up with trip advisor on this one.

Indeed. Saw this as I was browsing TripAdvisor last month. Not impressed at all. The "web concierge" trend has been around for the last decade or so.

Would've been more impressed if there was an actual SQ Concierge person who walked around flights as a multilingual host talking to pax and finding out/fielding inquiries with regard to any questions/special needs pertaining to the SQ flight/destination experience as well as filling in inflight service gaps
