    APEX Insight: Singapore-based low-cost carrier (LCC) Scoot has partnered with experience management company Qualtrics to improve the customer experience (CX) through the elimination of existing pain points during the air travel journey.

    Interesting move by Scoot to focus on customer experience. I guess Scoot is not looking just to be lowest price competitor.

    Considering they have many competitors in Southeast Asia, they should differentiate themselves from their competitor and it's not just about having the lowest price but, customer experience as well so more people can be loyal to this airline.

      I think one of the possible issue, most of customers, in this part of the world, do not differentiate Scoot (or in fact any LCC) with the premium (full service) airlines.
