      You're very fortunate to have gotten a good filet mignon. Oftentimes it's usually beyond well done. And I'm still not sure why UA is offering pizza when, I believe, they don't have the proper facilities to cook it. IIRC, AA has them though.

        The pizza was really horrible...too hot when it was served on my plate. One bite and I asked the FA to change it to fruit platter...which was much more edible

          I've had pizza too many times on AA flights to even think to try it.

          IME it's easy enough to ask them to not cook your filet as long as the others (and have them follow through with the request).

                            Well now I do eat broccoli as well (I was trying to remember who was the president who doesn't eat broccoli, or something like that. It has been a very long time ago). Broccoli and bulgogi sauce was yummy. It is indeed Korean barbecue beef. I remember having similar one at one of the restaurant here in Vancouver.
