  • KF Contact Centre cancelled my booking.

    Last week the KF Contact Centre cancelled my business class redemption booking from Perth to Barcelona on 30MAR. I can accept that it was accidental, but the lack of interest from the Contact Centre staff in rectifying their mistake is appalling. I have rung several times and sent in a couple of feedback forms from the website and get only standard/robotic responses. Does anyone here have contact details for someone higher up the SQ Customer Service chain of command? Thanks.

    Similar issue happened to me and it cuscaded to quite a bad incident. My best advise is to go down to local SIA office to address your concern and articulate your scenario and position.

      Thanks for your response. Unfortunately I live 300km from Perth, so I don't have a 'local' SIA office. I did post on the SQ Facebook page yesterday and that seems to have stirred things up a bit. I'm told someone will ring me.
