Window seats - do you prefer A or K?

One basis is to follow the old sailing rule, which is where the term POSH comes from (Port Out, Starboard Home).

I prefer the right hand side but I think that's only an early lesson learnt from flying into Kai Tak!

I always choose A seats as since i was young,i was always assigned a K seat so im kinda sick of sittin on the right side of the plane :>
I too had a phobia of the toilets but nw it's long gone
I did fly twice by myself as a UM to JNB and back to SIN and got the whole row of seats blocked.

it depends on the time and sun - for me if i m outbound in the morning to regional/asia flights - will chose seat A on the left side n vv. This is to avoid the sun blinding in and also the window seat can be much warmer from the direct sun. Generally prefer aisle seat G in 772/773s EY or F in J class - as it doesnt have the IFE box under the front seat.
