Gado-gado (Indonesian salad with peanuts sauce)










and Squid salad with glass noodles with Thai dressing...

On the way back to their villa, our "kampung guy" and co passed the pool area...
It's quite nice.... but hey... who need common pool if you have your own private pool...













On the next day, they have their brunch on the restaurant at the hotel next door... They just walked on the beach to reach the restaurant that also on the beach.... their beach were "interconnected"...

Finish their lunch at the neighboring restaurant, they just walk on the beach to get back to their villa on the next door….

As ever a very enjoyable report. I am very, very hungry :-) Have always avoided DPS in favour of more secluded spots, but looks like you found some peace and quiet.

Ok... lets finish this long abounded story....



After having their lunch, it was time for this "kampung guy" to head back to reality... back to SUB...
With hotel’s van, they went to the airport.... (taxi not so easy to get here...)

Got his BP, he went straight to the Bank Mandiri Lounge... the only domestic lounge that has a decent view of the tarmac...

The lounge was small and deserted, but it has the view...

It was just a very short hop.... not more than 40 minutes this planes already began her descending process....
In no time, our "kampung guy" was back in SUB again.... back to the caotic of the big city...
