You might have to settle with just the pictures and some comments.
Unless MAN Flyer comes up with his inaugural TR.
No worries at all. The great pics make for a visually stunning TR!

Yes *nudge, nudge* come on, MAN Flyer...

MAN Flyer needs more persuasion in exploring the literary side of himself!

For goodness sake, what is this obsession with me doing a TR ?.

Besides, as StarG will confirm, my camera is crap.

What are you talking about? I have no recollection whatsoever that your camera is anything but top notch!
Besides, we don't absolutely need many pictures for a TR.

Didn't really check throughout - but SIN-BCN was full in F and Y with 7-8 empty seats in J.

BCN-GRU was 7/8 in F, 10ish empty seats in J, and quite full in Y IIRC.

Sao Paulo scenes - near & around Fasano Hotel

I have heard so many things about Sao Paulo being a dangerous city. But the area Fasano is in feels quite safe to walk around in (at least during the day).

One of the nice houses in the area - they look like those you find on Coldwater Canyon Dr in Beverly Hills

A strip full of high-end car dealerships

One of the many nicer apartment buildings in the area

A franchise selling local staple - Pao de queijo

Interior of a local mall - Shopping Cicade Jardims

                                A Figueira Rubaiyat

This restaurant turns out to be just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Heard many good things about this one so decided to give it a try. Excellent food & service.

Giant fig tree (thus the name of the restaurant) in the semi-open dining area

                                Dining area

                                Entrance to bar area

                                Bar

                                Lunch crowd beginning to arrive

Plastic tag-strapping bags to the chair is SOP here - shows you what can happen even in such a good area of the city
