Is it possible to upgrade redemption business class a380 to SUITES using cash?

I was just wondering if it was possible to upgrade a redemption business class ticket on the a380 to SUITES using cash not KrisFlyer miles? If not before, would they let me do it at the airport pending space availibility.

The upgrade from a business class award ticket would cost the price of an first class ticket.

I figured as much. Even with a double miles business class ticket (ie. not a saver ticket). Don't they book into J?

They book into D, but the system still recognises this as a redemption, with a fare component of 0.00.

The only way is to pay, and it'll cost the entire Suites ticket.
