Default Any frequent gym goers here?

Talking about weight training, not cardio. Just curious how much you guys bench

Well, after I plop myself and my gym bag down on the bench, its usually holding up 90 kg.

My workout consist of me lugging a 20 kg suitcase through the airports and running to the boarding gates........

between 20-30kg currently for bench press.

Regular gym go-er here but my focus is more on strength training, not resistance. So its generally heavy reps on lighter weights

Don't mean to sound snobbish, but strength is achieved with low reps, heavy weights (look at powerlifters)..

I just wish hotels would increase the number of dumbbells (both in quantity and weight)..
