All BKK flight will be on A330 n 787-10 for April onwards.

SQ630/639 got back the 777-300ER for the summer schedule. For winter schedule the 777-300ER go to CDG.
Thank you! It is about time that these classic 777s leave!

      • Actually flying in older planes is ok if only the aircraft interior and cabin reflect the rest of their fleet and in good order. For SQ, it seems like they somehow were undecided on when they will be retiring the older 772s and hence did not refit the cabins and some still have their original interiors or older hand-me down interiors and even then there were complaints on loose and not working parts. If one have flown with United and British airlines with some of their 772s/773s which are even more than 20 years old, but their cabin interiors are updated and the cabin look as good as their newer aircrafts.

I agree. If the SQ 772s had 2017 Y & 2018 RJ I would definitely fly on them. Currently though I avoid them like the plague due to the inferior cabin products.

That one isn’t a surprise. SVM will probably be next.

              SQM has also stopped flying.
SQM was the most recent to get the refurbished cabin and dark brown leather in J. Also a year newer than SQL and SRM.

Physically yes one less, but technically not yet. SVN is still registered under Singapore Aircraft Register as at 30 September 2019 by CAAS. https://www.caas.gov.sg/docs/default...--sep-2019.pdf

                        • Starting 29 March 2020, 3 weekly SIN-BOM (SQ426/425) will switch over from a 77E to an A330. I believe this marks the end of SVx operations.

I think you're right. The last three SVx rotations I can find in the GDS are SQ974/977 SIN -- BKK v v, arriving back in SIN @ 1915-28th; then SQ968/951 SIN -- CGK v v, returning to SIN @ 0815-29th, and your SQ426/425, SIN -- BOM v v, returning to SIN @ 0855-29th.

If this holds until next March, at least two SVx frames will be required through the evening departures on Saturday, the 28th.

The last SQ/SRx rotation I can find in the GDS at present is SQ868/857 SIN -- HKG v v, returning to SIN the morning of 7 January.

If so, what happens to SQ 800/805 to PEK and SQ 448/449 to DAC, both (previously) scheduled to go 772 from 1 February?

Thank you for your insight though.
