Yes, as long as no one is injured or killed, let the record be, it will clear itself anyways....

Airport operation has a very stick procedures control. The person who cause this incident is unlikely to keep his job anyway. They are not SMRT !

This is not rubbish. If you worked in this industry. You will know !
Usually you are not allowed to have a 2nd chance. All case are investigate and recorded. The insurance company will ensure this to happen too.

Sure. First of all, what was the root cause? Technical or operational? Second, if the operator is at fault, then why? Negligence? Inadequate training? Working to procedure that is not suitable in certain scenarios?

Lots of questions to be answered...and they will be thoroughly investigated. But unless the operator was grossly negligent, he/she will get a second chance. They are too valuable to just let go, they will have learned the hard way and will make sure it will not happen again. To them and people around them.

If it's a "Foreign Talent", very likely he's going home.

There is some truth in that. Most FT manual labourers do not have union coverage and most companies won't hesitate to send them back if there's a problem.

Was unable to catch a shot but whilst on NC3 I noticed the damaged area of the GA 738 has now been patched up with some sort of grey material (aviation grade tape? and the white cover removed.
The world's too large a place not to go wandering.

It's most probably a doubler. Aluminium alloy riveted over the damaged area.
