The best time to see balloons is dawn but also the best time to sleep LOL so I went to SM mall midday and found the Jeep only a few Pisos but I was to lazy to wait so I paid for all the seats that were left only P100 told the driver balloon fiesta but the smart fella
still drops me off at the wrong place.
Pretty hard for him to have missed the signs, he must have passed them a hundred times
So I wait for another jeep but none
then and a roadside worker offers me a ride on his motorbike. A few minutes later I’m there and he’s happy with a P100 note the entrance fee is only P100 would be $35+ for such a festival in most western countries.
Plenty of food stalls and military hardware
