"Manage Booking" Failure

I can't pull my bookings through "manage booking". After inputing the reference booking/last name and submitting it, that's as far as it can go. The screen will have "processing please wait" forever. I've tried chrome, FF, IE / home, work...doesn't solve anything. In fact over the last two weeks, I've only had a 25% success rate in being able to pull my bookings through the website.

Anyone else going through the same frustrations?

They really need to ditch this website ASAP, instead of spending money redesigning magazines
