  • German airport workers strike

    http://www.spiegel.de/international/...539353,00.html

Today they shut down FRA and HAM. And all that during the CEBIT

I can see the need for the strike, but do they have to jam Germany right during one of its most important business events?
Capslock is cruise control for cool... not!

Whether or not the strike itself was justified - I think that was the whole point of the strike. If you saw an absolute need to stage a strike or threaten to strike, would you bother planning one that barely anyone notices?

But this was just a warning strike- and everyone would have noticed if they would have shut down FRA on a normal day!
