          HELP... MAY DAY MAY DAY

          BA had reset my account to ZERO Tier Points. All my 575 TP are gone. And my AY flight has not been posted.
          Please HELP!!!!!

            Don't panic! When your AY flight credits, just phone up BAEC and point out to them that if it had credited on time, you would have reached 600 TP by your year end.

              yes JHM is right, but prepare yourself to discuss a little bit. I had to call a couple of time but at the end they gave me the status.

                      The same was for me. u have to call and explain that.

                      Be patient but confident. At the end you'll get your well deserved Silver card

                            Just checked my account on-line. I am a Silver member now. And I need to have 600 TP to retain my Silver, or 1500 TP to reach Gold with 4 BA qualifying flights required.
                            Thank you for all the help in getting my BA Silver back.
