JFK-SIN or LAX-SIN

I am planning to burn the last bit of my KF miles on either routes. At the moment, F-Saver Award is still available for either route. Just want to get some opinion on which route is more "value for miles"

I have read reports that I will only receive 1 Amenity Kit for LAX-SIN. What about JFK-SIN....will it be the same too?
