SQ HQ has hinted that changes will be implemented by the end of the year. The range could be everything from saver awards on all planes for PPS to saver awards for *A or a mix of both.

Some *A awards are available from time to time already - friends of mine just flew 77W from Zurich on Miles&More award. Expect to see more of those.

SQ offers fantastic full-fare tickets in J for 6.600 AUD from SYD and you will have three seats on any plane you want - A380 all the way.

Spending miles on standard awards is a waste IMHO.

Even if SQ opens up saver awards, availability will be very limited on the A380 and demand high. Three seats seems to be impossible. So book your seats now - you can always cancel and/or rebook.
