    Hi,

    I am having difficulty looking up my booking through 'my bookings' function at Singaporeair.com.

    I entered everything correctly (PNR, surname, last name), yet the website responded with a "PNR Error" message.

    I am in Kiwiland (New Zealand). I rang SQ toll free number. Got transfered to India Call Centre. The Agent did not understand why would I want to see my booking online, and cut me off when trying to exlain that I'd like to select my seat prior to Internet check-in?

    I know I can be a paranoid! BUt may I ask if any of you experienced such problems lately? Being able to select my own seat is a big deal (to me).

    Any comments / suggestions would be great.

    I suggest you try again. It can be a hit and miss affair with these toll free numbers

      I tried it for a like 20 times. Still no luck.
