Hi folks... I am trying to upgrade a flight and was told that there are no seats available now and also the waitlist is full.. I am wondering if anybody had any luck in getting an upgrade at the very last minute or even during the transit at the counters in Changi itself? I am flying from PEN to SFO. Thought the hk route would have less traffic but apparently all upgrades are off the table. Trip is 5 days away.

Unfortunately that’s it. If you’re not yet on the already full waitlist you won’t be able to get an upgrade no matter which sector. -
I heard even the non direct flight is quite popular and always full, due to the direct flights being too long and some people like a break in between.Comment
