one question - with ziplock bag, does yr 6+ screen respond to your touch-commands?
Yes, the touchscreen seems to work fine with a ziplock bag, but only if it is completely dry inside.

On days when it looks like it will rain, I actually wrap my iPhone in two ziplock bags, an A6 size one, and one larger one, which is then scotch-taped shut...(Ya, Singapore kiasu mentality......but I lost one iPhone 5 to rainwater leakage when I brought it running in the rain without enough protection, so I am not going to take any chances...)...within the double bag, the sensitivity of the touchscreen is much worse, but enough to start and stop the Runkeeper app...

      Thanks, GreekLunatic!

I would definitely recommend trying the fish and chips at the Perfectionists' Cafe!

Yes, the wifi pricing is ridiculous on the A380 where they charge based on data usage by the megabyte...the only thing that is good for is if you just use WhatsApp to send texts and a few pics on a long flight. That is the only way to use 5MB or 10MB in a meaningful way.

The flat-rate time based wifi on the new 77WN is great.

I hope they scrap the pricing based on data usage in megabytes, and go for the unlimited data usage / time based system that they have on the new 77WN's...

this is going completely OT frm yr original TR but having sampled my 6 for 2 weeks, I have decided to revert to my 5 (after going for Apple's Battery Replacement program today) - apart from easier to hold for my runs, the fit in my pants pocket is less a bulge than the 6, if you know what i mean

I am amazed you can switch back to an iPhone 5. It could be that the difference between a 5 and a 6 isn't as dramatic as a switch to a 6+.

For me, the screen size of the 6+ is so much more usable, that I am willing to put up with the extra size. Now when I hold a 5 or even a Galaxy S4, my first impression is "so small..."

Probably the same reaction regular SQ longhaul J customers have when they first try BA lie-flat J :-)

          • They dropped the muffin from the MEL-SIN SQ 218 flight too.

              The Hilton looks really good.

              As is the new Terminal.

I love Heston's food too. I had lunch at Dinner by Heston and it blew me away. The meat fruit (liver shaped like an orange) was awesome. Will definitely not miss his restaurant at T2

and omg, that burger at Patty & Bun looks so yummmm. you shouldn't be putting up porn here, you know. hahaha
Dinner's tipsy toast is great as well.
