MCT at NRT ?

Anyone know what the MCT between two international flights at the same terminal is at NRT ?. My booking was done a while ago and had a 1510 arrival and 1715 departure, which has now become a 1525 arrival and 1655 departure. Arrival is on NH from SFO departure on TG to BKK.

Per NH: 45 minutes

They are known to hold BKK flights if your itinerary is all on NH metal. Not sure whether TG will do the same.
