  • LHR - SIA Arrival Fast Track?

    Hi guys,

May I enquire if I'm travelling on SIA Suites/First to London, will I be eligible for the Immigration Arrival Fast Track service?

The SIA website seems to imply so...

    http://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/tr...rack-services/

But the Heathrow Airport website seems to imply otherwise...

    http://www.heathrowairport.com/heath...ies/fast-track

    Any experience to share?

    TIA!

Yes, you will get a pink card to present to the Fast Track attendant.

Yes, you are BUT, I would suggest that, since you should be at the head of the queue (at least for your flight!), you a take a look firstly at the normal queue. If this queue is 1-2 horizontal rows long, the normal queue tends to be a tad faster if there're already about 10+ people on FastTrack. Usually there's only 1-2 personnel manning the FastTrack queue and it can hence be slow. However, the normal queue is manned by many more.

I don't think I should pen any other inferred assumptions than what I can observe.

        A word of caution

My last 2 arrivals into LHR this year, fast track was the slow track

It was manned by one officer who worked really slowly

So slow in fact that by the time I got to the carousel only priority bags were left!

All the Y pax had cleared off!!

So look at the queue. It may be faster if less than 3 rows for normal queue
