This was probably due to the storm they were expecting in Germany. They even cancelled school and trains stopped operating.

We had quite a storm here as well this week, with an SQ bird landing at MAN making the newspapers:

I believe an EK 380 tried to land a few times then gave up and went to AMS instead.

SQ235|28FEB (SIN-BNE) originally operated 9V-SHO returned to SIN due to a technical issue. This was the aircraft’s first revenue service since being delivered about a week ago.

9V-SHJ is now operating the flight with a delay of about 7 hours.

Happened on its inaugural first flight - have any previous brand new aircraft returned to base on its first commercial flight? Wonder what would the passengers think if they knew this was a brand new plane on its first flight.

Apparently this plane have not flown since, is that correct? If it is, then something must be very wrong with the plane.

One of the hydraulic lines rupture. Aircraft is still grounded for repairs and investigations.
