Looks like they are changing the card format every year? You got $280 vouchers. I remembered getting only SGD 180 last year. Perhaps it is an upgraded benefit which we are getting from SQ Krisflyer from all the savings they made.

I "officially" requalified in Feb under the PPSV system, although most of that was actually earned as sectors before June 2007.

I think it depends on the number of years you are a PPS. It goes from SGD180 to SGD280 to SGD380.

              Congratulations on the requalification, kapitan.

Thank you all.... nothing to congratulate me about,,.... its not my own money that I get PPS status....

But one thing, they do treat you different.

Yesterday on way back from BKK with family, they actually upgraded me to J. The booking was for 30 persons, and they upgraded me and my daughter, since she has the same surname as me, while wife was put in the back. I told the agent to put my wife forward while I take an aisle seat in the back... but the agent refused to do that. So I ask for my wife to seat with us, but nothing's is available. apparently, the system had already pre-assigned me.

In order that we sit together in the same row, we took Y instead.....

Well, service onboard is normal, but the leading stewardess was addressing me by my name.

Nice pen. Like the A380 suites and award seats in business, has an eye-popping price too.

                        Congrats, kapitan.

How it worked for me was each extra year I qualified the amount went up by SGD20 from previous year, with SGD100 jump when I qualified solitaire. I can't remember if last year's requalification went up from the year before or not.
