Since the start of saver availability for the new F, I'm seeing that its actually pretty available for most flights. In fact, for people with miles to burn, SQ seems to be releasing up to 4 F Seats sometimes...
    Life's A Bitch,
    Love It

If GOD created me for only 1 reason. That reason would be to the love of my wife. If there was any other reasons involved, that would be for the love of Singapore Airlines

SQ is extremely fair with Krisflyer members: The moment they realize they won't sell the seats, they will allow redemptions.

        The current management is practical.
They know these don't sell well, and the miles used are part of their liability anyway, so it's a good way to reduce it without cannibalising revenue from the more sellable business and economy seats.

More often than not, in F, I am sitting amongst pilots and non-rev SQ staff and their families.

SQ is also very much aware of how to keep things 'exclusive' and in the past that meant keeping everyone out of the most premium cabins. I still remember the times when everyone in Suites was on R for sure...

There are so many saver awards in First and 'new' Business that this doesn't make much sense.

It seems that upgrades to Suites are now offered for 'standard' rates to all KF members.

If anyone comes across Suites Redemptions online, post it here :-)

With QF removing two daily A380's on SIN-LHR I wonder how long that flight will stay 77W...

Ooh.. Man Flyer .. thats a fine point..

A f-o 380 upgraded would spoil Mrs D something rotten. I'd never get her on Ryanair again !!

You guys think this is even remotely possible ?

Well if the flights went well it was believed to be the intention prior to the recent announcement by QF, so it's definitely possible. I doubt it before the end of November though.

Been trying to hunt down F saver for SIN-ICN-SFO and it's only waitlists for the entire month of December.
The world's too large a place not to go wandering.
