Hi, regarding the lounge at BOM, this is indeed temporary. The main lounge is 1 floor up next to the spa and being built at present. Expect it to open in the coming 2-3 months.
And yes, both currently in the temporary lounge and when it moves to its permanent place it will be shared by all airlines.
This will be the only airlines lounge. There are 2 other airside, the Clipper and a Oberoi.
