Looking at booking flights from Australia to PRG on SQ.

There's 2 options.

1. Transit Frankfurt and transfer to Lufthansa flight to PRG
2. Transit DUS and transfer to Eurowings flight to PRG

Am I able to check my bags all the way through from Australia to PRG with either option?

Or do I have to clear immigration and re-check in at Frankfurt?

If your trip is in one ticket, bags can be checked through all the way to PRG. You would only need to clear immigration in FRA for Schengen.

Yes I have, from SQ26 to LH308 (FRA-FLR) in March this year, on one ticket, in business. Connection time was 1h15. LH had an escort to meet all transfer pax at the gate, and brought us to what appears to be a special immigration point. We made it with time to spare. We had to walk very fast though.

90 minutes sounds okay for FRA. It's a massive airport but everything is from the same terminal on SQ/LH so there's no waiting for shuttle trains or buses. It's not as great as SIN but it's miles better than the likes of LHR or CDG. I once went for the following flight option rather than have a 90 minute transfer and ended up sitting about for 3 hours wondering why I had.
