Sorry if this sounds like a silly question ...Never done this so better ask.....
Will be arriving at Changi on SQ
and then connecting to Silk Air (MI). Have some 4 hrs connection time. Instead of clearing customs and checking in again, where in the world is the Silk Air transfer desk at Changi...or are they serviced by the SATS team and thus any tranfer desk can be used?
