adjoining last threat--help in understanding BA's upgrade table?

Hi adjoining my last post I have another quick query. It does not specify on the upgrade page of BA exec club whether the rates posted on the charts are for a roundtrip upgrade or a one way upgrade. Therefore my question would be, would a roundtrip upgrade IAD-LHR-SIN vv. be 60, 000 miles or 120, 000 miles thanks

It is RT. It is 60K for WT+ to C, 120K for C to F upgrades.

Bear in mind F/C award/upgrade availability is quite limited (compared to the often wide-open LHR-US routes) on the LHR-SIN/HKG/BKK sectors.
